Scheduling / Request an Appointment

If you need more than one child evaluated, please make a separate appointment. It is unfair to make other patients wait while we try to squeeze extra patients into one time slot. We are happy to see as many of your children as necessary, but need to schedule appropriate time to keep the doctor on schedule and limit wait time for the following patients. Walk-in appointments will be seen only if time permits. Again, it is not fair to expect those who have scheduled appointments to wait while we try to “work” someone else into the schedule.

If you are late for appointments, you may need to be rescheduled out of respect for other patient’s time. We try very hard to stay on time and respect our client’s time.

If you believe your child needs to be seen, please call early in the day for an appointment. Waiting until later in the day can result in your child not being seen on a same day basis.

We try our best to provide ongoing, quality medical care for your child/children and feel we have done exactly that. We try very hard to accommodate sick children and again, feel we have done a wonderful job doing so. We try to be attentive and respectful to our patient’s needs and we expect the same in return.

You may now contact us via the patient portal to request appointments for checkups and non-urgent visits.  You may also notify us via the patient portal if you are unable to make an appointment, but can not notify us due to the office being closed.
